Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all sales, quotes and OEM production agreements with Crevex Sports.

Orders & Payment

All orders require a 30% deposit with the balance due prior to shipment. Wire transfer, PayPal and letter of credit accepted for wholesale accounts.

Production Lead Times

Standard lead times are 15–30 days from sample approval. Delays due to force majeure are excluded.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos and artwork provided by clients remain the property of the client. Crevex Sports retains rights to base patterns and internal designs.

Warranty

All products carry a workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. Claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt.
