We stand behind every product that leaves our factory. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, size discrepancies or shipping damage. Custom OEM production is exempt unless quality standards are not met.

Process

Contact info@crevexsports.com with your order ID and photographs of the issue. Our team responds within 24 hours with a resolution.

Replacements

Approved exchanges are shipped free of charge via express air freight to the UK, Spain, Germany, USA, Canada and Australia.
